Contains licorice root — not recommended in large amounts for people with high blood pressure.
The pepper matters
The small pack of peppercorns in the box isn't a garnish. A pinch of cracked pepper in your cup helps your body absorb the turmeric in the blend. A few cracks per mug is enough.
The teabags are free
Twenty compostable drawstring bags come in the box — enough to brew the whole pouch. Most loose teas make you go buy your own. We don't.
