Buckshot & Gunpowder
Most herbal tea tastes like something you finish out of duty. This one was built to be reached for.
Thirteen herbs, each in for a reason. Gunpowder green carries the cup with a clean, even lift, nothing like the jolt and crash of coffee. Rooibos rounds off the tannins. Ginger and turmeric bring the warmth, meadowsweet and nettle the quiet work underneath, and a quarter part of orange peel lifts the finish so the whole thing lands bright instead of heavy.
It is a bold root-and-spice blend, which means it gives up a second infusion: a strong first brew, then a sweeter and smoother one from the same leaf. Two cups from one scoop, most mornings.
Every pouch is mixed, weighed, filled and labeled by hand in the Bozeman valley, in small batches. Nothing ships that hasn't been tasted first.

Why the peppercorns
A pinch of cracked pepper in the cup helps your body take up the turmeric in the blend. A few cracks per mug is plenty. They travel in their own small bag so they stay sharp.
